As A Child

Dream:

(I had been fasting during this week when I had this dream one night, July 2022)

ps. It is important to interpret dreams, within the context

of your present activities you are dealing with in your life.

I was in an art class in school drawing with crayons, child-like work. Then I had stopped and put the material down.

I man was to my right, but behind me. I could not see what he looked like, but I knew it was God. He said; 'I am waiting for you'.

I thought about this but did not answer Him; Thinking of the things I had been delaying doing which I knew He wanted me to do.

He was patient and kind and gentle.

Then I felt; You want this child-like drawing? That He believed that they were important, of value, from my work. I was surprised that my work was of great value!

Then after a few minutes He then said; 'What do you want from Me?'

I knew He was responding to my fasting; yet I had already told Him the things I wanted from Him. I did not respond. I only Meditated on His words.

Then I picked up my papers and a box and left the classroom to do my homework on what I began in class.

Thoughts; Things God has called us to do is very important, even when we do not see it to be of much value. He patiently waits for us to finish the work which was started. Be as a good child and follow the directions of God, our teacher, and do everything He asks. And complete it.

Phil.1:6 'Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.'

Yet the other side of His word states;

Lk.9:62 'Jesus declares; 'No one who puts his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.'

Heb.6:1 'Therefore let us leave the elementary teaching about Christ and let us go on to perfection....

Math.18:3 'Truly I tell you, He said, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.'

Our simple faith and child-like obedience in our God, as a loving teacher, whom has proper teaching, and encouragement to do human works which are pleasing in His sight, is what christianity is all really about. Doing Our best from the heart is all He wants.
